Henry Wermuth

In 1938, at the age of 15, Henry Wermuth encouraged his family to leave Germany for Poland. To this day, he believes this decision condemned his family to death. Wermuth spent the next 7 years of his life in 8 different forced labor or concentration camps. He was the only one of his immediate family to survive the ordeal.
