End of the line: Stanmore Station
For over 6,000,000 Jews during the holocaust, Auschwitz-Birkenau, Treblinka, Belcez, Sobibor, Chelmno, or Majdanek (Nazi extermination camps) were the end of the line. Most of the people who got off the trains there, never got back on. Henry Wermuth defied the odds. At age 86 he now lives in Stanmore, UK, a very different end of the line.
